About The Event

$75 plus you will need to purchase your entry from the zoo.

Jacqui B Photography offers the finest in small group wildlife and nature photography workshops at Melbourne Zoo.  This photography workshop will provide a rare opportunity for you to focus your camera on beautiful animals!

You will learn all about ISO, aperture, and shutter speed. We will discuss composition, depth of field and creative techniques. I will teach you some great photography tips and anything else you want to know about photography and your camera. This will all be explained ‘as we walk’ and by the end of the tour you’ll have a much better understanding of your camera and will be shooting like a pro!!

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop does not include entry into the zoo. Please enter the zoo at the railgate entrance (Melbourne Zoo, Elliott Ave, Parkville VIC 3052) and wait for me just past the admission area for me. We will then find a nice comfortable place to talk over our camera settings.

You will not need a tripod for this workshop. I do recommend bringing along your longest zoom lens you own. Workshops run for 3 hours from 10am to 1pm and are limited to 4 students per class.
